that world I know shattered long ago, never to return.

Time for an actual blog again, wee.

Lately I have been searching and saving for some equipment to make my home recording studio dream a reality.
In addition to the many things I have listed I now have literally fallen in love with an instrument.
The Yamaha DGX-630 portable grand.
It's a rather expensive piece of art.
But well worth it.
So the saving begins.
Currently I am playing a Lester Upright Piano,
but it's time I make with getting a new instrument,
because it has been forever since my last purchase.
And that makes me sad.
Playing music is all fun to me, so I'd spend the entirety of my checks on new instruments,
if I could.
I also need to save a little extra for the Cali trip I am planning for possibly as early as October,
so I can go see my absolute favorite band in concert.
Don't judge okay?
They don't tour yet, and I can't wait until they do.
I'm a diehard fan.
Be jealous.
Anyway it was a long overdue trip, I've been wanting to go see the Sarah Winchester house,
and tour Hollywood. I still live with the Parental Units so, why not do it when I have the money?
Yeh, that's what I thought.
So hopefully we can make it happen for my 21st birthday.
Cause that would be the most amazing 21 recorded in history.

Other than that my whole new job thing is working out great! I make decent money, and lots of hours. I really like hanging out with the kids, and helping them learn new things. I'm currently teaching one boy 1 new sign a day. He's doing well! It's so exciting to see him communicate with us. Especially when you ask him to "Be Good" and he does the sign to you.
